• Drug Court

In Hamilton County, the Drug Court focuses on individual treatment rather than prison sentencing. Participants required to complete addictions treatment, attend twelve step meetings and report to both a probation officer and the court more frequently than a typical probation. I am proud Defense Counselor for this program. Please contact me to if you have any questions or would like to know more about program eligibility.

  • Klipsch Music Offenses

Unfortunately, individuals get arrested while traveling to Klipsch Music Center for a variety of offenses. These include minor in possession of alcohol, public intoxication, disorderly conduct, possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance or operating a vehicle while intoxicated. If you received a summons or a ticket while attending a concert, it may be more serious than paying a fine and may be a criminal offense. Please contact me to schedule a free consultation.

Getting arrested for Operating a Vehicle while Intoxicated can be life-changing. Your license could be suspended, you could obtain probation or even serve time in jail. You need an experienced attorney that can assist you. I will actively protect your rights and guide you through your involvement with the court.

I am here to help my clients through the system and make their case my passion.
